The company was born from the idea of Amelio, a sand sports enthusiast, tired of playing on the destroyed beach volleyball fields and having to restore them with effort and time. He decided to develop a machine that would allow a quicker cleaning and arrangement of the sandy surface and with a lower expenditure of energy.

From this need comes the FIRST BATTERY RAKE, functional to the routine maintenance needs of those who work on sandy surfaces.

The future development of AMY is in the realization of innovative and alternative solutions for the ordinary maintenance of sand.

The AMY company also manufactures and markets a manual sand extractor to smooth the sandy surface.

The machine is built entirely in aluminum and this characterizes it for its lightness in use. It is also designed, with some peculiarities, to slide on the sand and not exert force as with the normal rakes used up to now.
